Honestly I found this novels first impression quite eye opening, there are many well known horrors through out history such as WWII and the holocaust, but it’s often easy to look past other such events in history as what is being told in under the Naga Tail.
The section I read for my first impression is well written and easy to read. The foreword is informative and gives a general idea of what the book is about. I like the story starting from an early age and showing some of what life was like for Mae as a boy growing up in Cambodia.
