I liked this book a lot. It has many twists and turns. Just about the time you think you have it figured out, something else comes in to play. The ending was fine but it seemed to me to be a bit stretched out. When the detective was following the truck I felt that it didn't need to continue on for as long as it did. We really didn't need to know that the person driving the truck stopped at the gas station. Also there is a lot of use of the f-bomb when it wasn't always necessary. I would recommend this book to adults, but I wouldn't want my teens to read it with all the swearing. I can't say this book would fall into the category of one of my favorite books, but I would definitely read another book written by this author. The cover of the book is ok. I think it could have been more creative.
