This is a murder mystery set in New York State, set in a town with a history of witchcraft. There is a string of unsolved murders, a homeless woman goes missing, and a popular high school teacher is murdered. The plot kept me reading, and I was really close to the end of the book before I started to suspect who really killed Daisy, which is how a murder mystery should be. The teenage girls in the coven were a little unbelievable though - to go from best friends, to what they did to Ellie, in a matter of days — just didn’t ring true. And it seemed that a good deal of writing was dedicated to describing in what ways the men in the book were hot! But all in all, it is a story that keeps you turning pages!
