I really liked this book! Who knew so much evil could exist in Burning Lake. I fell in love with Detective Natalie Lockhart. She goes above & beyond trying to find the truth behind the multiple murders in her small town. When a murder happens to a close friend of her sister’s, she risks her own safety to get to the truth! There are great characters in this book and many hidden secrets. Also a little bit of romance that makes this quite interesting. Toward the end of the book it was a little confusing tying everything together but it got the job done. This book comes out December 3, 2019 & it would be an awesome Christmas gift for that reader in your life! My only problem with this book is that it left some areas open, not finished (Luke). An epilogue would have been nice but maybe there will be a sequel!
