I'm really looking forward to reading the rest of this book! The excerpt leaves readers on a definite cliffhanger, and there seems like there will be tons of twists and action in this story. With a murdered sister in her past, Natalie Lockhart has firsthand experience with what it's like to experience the violent death of a loved one, and now she's going to have to investigate the murder of a lifelong friend, whose husband is a fellow police officer. There's a creepy, witchy vibe with this story too as it's set in a town with a history of witchcraft. Can't wait to see what happens!
