This book is filled with adventure as Keelin goes on her own personal journey to discover herself all while protecting the only world she's ever known. The cover art alludes to the fantasy world of Keelin while the root of the story uncovers ancient Ireland. Historical-fantasies are the best of both worlds, where you uncover a culture you would never otherwise discover, while the element of romance and fantasy makes it relatable. I really enjoyed this story as I followed from Keelins own perspective while she journeys on to protect her loved ones. Her character is strong as she shows her fearlessness while she grows from young child to the Priestess of Eire. This truly was a beautifully written story and I can't wait to see what else the author has in store!
