I had never read any book by S. C. McGrath before, so I was unsure of what to expect, then I read the first sentence of To the Waters and the Wild. And it hit me. This author is so descriptive. I could fee the water beneath me as I got close to the sea, the wind in my face as I soared through the sky. I saw the beauty of the mountains and land below; and, of course, the aura of the mysterious man.
