So i had read the prequel of this and it was pretty good but also only like 2 hours, which i get because duh novella lol but when i read it i did want to read a bit longer. When i say a bit longer i mean like the average amount or slightly longer than average. This book was, stupidly long. Like i forgot what i was doing long.
It wasn't a bad book but i just feel it would have been better if it was a tad shorter and more to the point. I did feel a bit lost not knowing what was going on (mistakenly) thinking this was the first full book for the series however, after reading this one i had to take a break and then have yet to really care too much to find the first book in the series.
Overall this wasn't a bad book it just felt like it was soooo long! I still read the whole thing but had to take breaks here and there lmao i also felt like i had to take breaks because it did get a bit slow at times. would recommend though.
