Dean Koontz keeps us turning the page with his fast paced, intricate plot and gasping for air when the action starts!
Jane is a tough no nonsense hero but with a soft center who sees all the evil in the world but recognizes that the good can outweigh and win. (My favorite kind of theme!)
The story while extended from the first book gives us more insight into the "evil plan" and introduces more characters that help Jane along the way. I love her "kidnap" victim the most and hope to see him again in future books!
