Upon opening this document, the dedication was the first thing that really caught my interest and my heart strings. How many of us have felt like we didn't have a voice? The author has done a great job articulating what it must feel like to not be allowed to talk but to see and know so much while wanting to see and know still more.

I also had not seen things from the men's side before, being raised with the belief that you can't survive without a woman. How awful to feel that no matter how strong and smart and capable society may lead you to believe you are, you are considered incapable of living without a woman to take care of you. I appreciate this book's discussion of that in Caleb's chapters. I can't wait to continue reading more about Miriam, Caleb, and Daniel and how this situation will resolve.

I did find one continuity error in the book. On page 55, Caleb says something while he pushes out another rep on the bench press, but a bench press has not been mentioned before that point.
