Overall, this doesn't seem like the most original plot line, not with the increase in feminist-dystopian novels we've seen as of late. It seems relatively clear what will happen, even among the heavy barrage of new terms used by the cult Miriam is a member of. I think I'm just tired of stories that empower women only after oppressing them for most of their lives.
