I think the concept of this book is really interesting. I have a degree in women and gender studies so these types of books pull me in. I'm interested in reading the rest because it's categorized as a YA novel. Most YA novels don't touch on religion and how these communities are run. It's a very touchy subject and most authors don't get praised for it.
