Looks sad, but looks hopefully at the same time

I really feel bad Miriam already and I haven't even met her. This sounds tragic but with the silver lining of hope. I want to read this because I want to know how it goes for her and how she handles it all. You know she is going to struggle a lot, but watching her persevere will be so beautiful!
