Those 65 pages went way to fast. I was hooked on this story immediately. I imagine it like a modern version of The Giver. I see it as the young wives side of the story from Handmaid’s Tale (season 2). I’m excited to add this to my future read list. I’m not going to be able to stop thinking about Mariam until it’s in my hands.
