The cover was eye-catching and immediately induced me to give this try. I was pleasantly surprised. The more I read the more I kept reading, and I was so disappointed when the sneak peek stopped. I became increasingly invested in the characters as I read and found myself waiting in suspense to hear more of their exploits. So often an author uses one main character to express pain and frustration and chooses this individual to bring the reader along on the journey. However, I was surprised and pleased that here we are gifted with several characters, all sharing in frustration and change, a much more identifiable experience.
