I'm dying to read more of this book! From the first few chapters, it promises to be a great exploration of freedom, faith, destiny, and growing up. I really appreciate that you get both Miriam and Caleb's perspective, via alternating chapters. Not only does it further develop certain characters but it's a good way to flesh out the world the author has built, to show the experiences of both the males and the females in the community.
The only thing I would say is the cover wasn't super intriguing to me, it's the title that drew me in. And, at least judging from the first few chapters, the cover seems incongruous with the actual story.
I'm marking my calendar for the day this comes out because if I don't win an advance copy, I'm buying one for myself. I need to know the rest of their story!
