A great story line that keeps you following along with great focus because if your mind slips for even a second you completely lose what's happening!!! This plot twists and turns and the change in narrators caused me to have a little trouble settling into it. But as I kept reading it all worked it's way out and in the end I enjoyed this second book from Alex North. It followed the same writing style as his first book and I can see his artistic labels being set if this is the way he keeps writing. A new sort of Steven King. If you are looking for a gripping read that keeps you wondering up until the last chapter then this is the summer read for you. It was a great change from the historical fiction I had been reading and have me a vacation of the serious; but then gave me a little scare. Well thought out characters that had depth and interest. Alex North is working his way to my favorite thriller list!
