This book was so creepy and weird and I loved every minute of it. I just love Alex North and the way he writes. I never quite knew what was going on or where this book was headed. I had so many guesses and they were all wrong. I loved the way everything played out with such a logical and satisfying explanation but was so far off from what I thought. There were several moments that shocked me! And the creep factor was so HIGH. The book was so atmospheric and had a sinister feeling throughout. I really connected with the main characters and was rooting for them. All in all I love Alex North and I really think this one was even better than The Whisper Man. Can’t wait to see what he writes next.
