I was expecting creepy story and I definitely got that, but this story didn’t draw me in as much as I’d hoped for. I had to concentrate during the times they were talking about lucid dreams, dream diaries and incubation. I had to really use my imagination to get through those parts. Although, during other parts of the book, Mr. North's writing had me actually feeling like I was in that house and even in those chilling woods with Paul! I could "feel" the darkness of those woods and I was just as scared as he was! This was such an interesting story and I enjoyed reading how everything played out. I will say that the ending wasn't quite as satisfying as I would have liked, but it wrapped up nicely!
