Finished this Sunday but have been sitting in reviewing because I wasn’t really sure … I bought this from Kindle because I really liked “whisper man” —- I may have just been to excited or hyped about this , might have built up expectation to high because It was a bit of a let down but it was not horrible by any means …give it three of five stars. It is definitely clearly inspired by slender man and has a very familiar vibe/tone … lucid dreaming is something in familiar with and feel a bit differently about - I often have vivid dreams and have to question if it was in a dream or reality but this is just not believable or realistic which I’m not saying it is trying to make you believe it is possible and I guess kids could be lead to believe it is possible but it just seemed so far fetched yet also similar yo slender man idea— I also wanted them to explain the mom’s attic more or clarify they clearly used this as a distractor but it was left unclear / unresolved …. Again I don’t think it was horrible it was worth it and a good read but it didn’t blow me away or captivate me
