I have been a huge fan of Alex North's other book, Whisper Man and so excited to know the Shadows is his next novel. The start of this was a bit slower to start than Whisper Man... and in lieu of whispers in the windows are red bloody hands. I don't know what's creepier. Each page made me wanting more and more.. and I know the more I read, the more creeped out I will be - but the way North writes lures you, page by page. I CANNOT wait to read the rest of it and find out where the bloody hands are coming from!!!!
