From the Sneak Peak, I am already very intrigued and have so many questions popping up in my head. What happened 25 years ago ? Why didn't Paul come back even for his father's death? How is Paul going to be related to the case Amanda is investigating ?
I can tell I am going to read this book in one sitting , to find all the answers. Featuring a female detective , dealing with her own issues is already my favorite part - I like how she is trying to put forth her best, even while doubting herself. It is amazing how the Author can provide so much premise and build up the air of mystery in the first few chapters itself.
Easy to get pulled into the story and the writing flows in a way that is light to read. I like what I have read and can't wait to get my hands on this book.
