I had not read Alex North's first book because of mixed reviews. However, after reading this first impression of the second novel, I am curious to read The Whisper Man to see the development because this one is great so far. I love the opening line. Such a great way to pull in the reader into a thriller by a simple yet strong first sentence. I'm looking forward to more.
