Those were an intense couple of chapters, and I think the preview gave us more questions than it answered. It has some horror (possibly paranormal?) thrilling aspects throughout, and the author definitely achieved an eerie atmosphere. I found the dual perspective in alternating chapters and the switch between first and third person interesting. Honestly, I'm intrigued, and I don't typically pick up thrillers. I'm willing to give it a try.
