I am SO excited for this one. I absolutely loved Alex North's debut novel, THE WHISPER MAN, and cannot wait to dive into THE SHADOWS. The cover is amazing with the eerie feel, yet also it shows a group of people sticking together. The prologue grasps your interest, and then in chapter one we start out by learning about the murder of a boy. It pulls you in and makes you want to know what happens.
