Scary books aren't usually a genre I enjoy, but I decided to give the first look a shot. I found the first look to be engaging, with a terrifying vibe foretelling of apprehension and doom yet to come, which I imagine is a recipe for a great horror/thriller novel. I'll have to take your word for it though because I'm far too much of a wimp to try this one out lol
