The Shadows by Alex North has my attention! A murder, bloody red hands and an old evil looking book... I'm in. This is the first taste I've had of Alex North's writing. I've had The Whisper Man on my list for some time and that book has been getting amazing reviews. I'm expecting the same success for The Shadows and I look forward to reading this as well. Both covers have hands in the artwork, coincidence?
