The quest for the golden plunger was by far the funniest book I've ever read. For anyone who has been shipped off to summer camp, girl scout or boy scouts camp over the summer this book is for you. The cast of characters from Uncle Ruckus (the misbehaving teen), do-over (the angry one), shovel (loves nintendogs), turbo, ducky, Hawkins, moonpie, banders (and all the others) plus the troop leaders and camp owners were fantastic. True to life camp jokes, pranks, and shenanigans. The wafflestomper, clogging the drains, Bilbo, and taser deer were hysterical. I was really invested in each of the kids lives both in and outside of camp. I wish the book continued when it got to the end. Great pick me up and I really laughed throughout the entire book. I really hope there are more books about Troop 99.
