Reading the original description of this book, I thought it would be a nice change of pace from what I normally go for. I had been on a streak of reading some pretty serious and heavy stories. I thought that this book would be fun and easy to distract the reader. I was exactly right! This story is just plain fun. It has some really fun characters and hijinks. The characters are fun and really easy to like. The reader is really rooting for the main characters because they have a lot of heart. This story really reminds me of some camp comedy movies that were popular when I was a child. I thought the novel did have a nice pace, and I was not bored while reading it. I thought it was a quick and easy read. I also think this book will appeal to many readers. If someone was looking for a fun and easy read to distract themselves, I would suggest that they read this story!
