I will admit the illustrations are beautifully rendered. I really liked the artwork, but it was the writing that had me sighing. This reads as if AI had generated a fantasy novel based on all the tired tropes of a sweet, docile maiden. I hold on to hope that the rest of the book is better and adventurous, but I have no interest in reading this further.
