Illustrated But Has Issues
It has a map and color illustrations throughout the excerpt (someone mentioned the artwork is possibly AI and...yikes).
At first the story felt like it was all over the place because it jumps around a lot but as the story continued it gets easier to follow. The writing can be lyrical in certain moments that generally comes out when something is being described.
Is it weird that the way the story starts off and that it keeps mentioning Vivien beauty? It is mentioned a few times that Vivien is tactical so there may be a counterbalance happening.
This book is for people who do not have an issue with Christian fantasy books.
