Interesting premise, sassy heroine
The gorgeous cover drew me in (and I've read books by Shelly Laurenston in the past, though nothing from her G.A. Aiken pen name, though I've heard good things). Gemma's sassy irreverence is what kept me reading. She's definitely not what I first think of when someone says "monk," that's for sure! I'm intrigued to see what further trouble she gets herself into.
