Wild debut that's going to rip through the mystery/suspense genre

The premise itself, a patient that cannot be treated without a pull towards suicide, was enough to get me interested in the "The Patient". I thought the beginning set the stage very well for this debut and is enough for even non-suspense readers like me to want to read more!
