What I liked about this book at first read, is that the main character, Parker, sets it up so nicely. You learn about his profession, and you as a reader, enter his new workplace and hear about Joe, the patient. Then what draws you in are the details in the patient's file. You can't help but wonder what's inside Joe's head and if the young psychiatrist can help his new patient or not.

The cover could use a little more help. It looks so simple and it doesn't give you much about what the story is but I'm still excited to read this one.
