The cover and description of this book intrigued me enough to click and learn more. I was very interested after reading the forward which talked about how the information was taken from a medical web forum. What a cool way to present information. Then when the "post" or narrator starts by saying they are unsure if it is a terrible secret or they are insane...what?! I have to know what the secret is now!
