So, the synopsis sounds wonderful overall. I really love books that touch on mental health, even fictional. Upon reading the first look, I love the format of the book! Reading things written in journal formats always keeps me so interested. It reads like a real journal of someone who is confused and looking for answers. I can’t wait to be able to dive into the rest of this book!
