A psychiatrist, Parker, begins working in a CT state hospital. He learns of a patient that seems mysterious. The hospital workers seem to be afraid of him and his real name isn't used or known by most of the staff. He is "Joe" to them. The young psychiatrist needs to know more and wants to cure this troubled patient. Will he be able to?
