Mental health is a beast of an animal that I become curious about especially when questions on a personal mental state appear to not have an answer. You want to root for the underdog new doctor that won't rest until he had solved the puzzle of "Joe". It takes a unique person to be more eager to get hired after what he witnessed in the elevator during his interview instead of running as fast as he can in the opposite directly. I can already tell that I will enjoy the character known as "Nessie" with her irish roots.
