A new, fresh-faced and incredibly intelligent doctor gets a job at a dreary State physciatric hospital. A little arrogant, but he wants to save the world, especially the mystery patient "Joe". Joe has been institutionalized most of his life with no diagnosis and no treatment. Perfect project for the new guy! I really liked the character of Nessie the nurse. The way the author writes her Irish brogue is entertaining, its like I can actually hear her voice. I can't wait to read more about her and Joe and the rest of the story.
