This is a very interesting read. What is wrong with Joe? What else is in his files? Who really is the person behind telling this story? Why was Joe committed so easily and seemed to have been given up on? Why does everyone treat him like he is true evil in human form? So many questions after reading the first look but so intriguing and interesting. Such a mystery to what happened to Joe and his time at the asylum, I love the stories with the mental asylum incorporated it always makes for an interesting story with many twists to how it can go. The cover is a little to plain for me, and one thing that usually draws me to a book when I don't know the author is the cover, especially if it looks creepy. The cover is a little too plain for me and could have had a better twist on it to draw people to it.
