The Patient is a title that grabbed me from the first sentence. The excerpt I was allowed to read had me left wanting more. I am so intrigued by the psychiatrist and his wanting to learn more about Joe, the patient, and how to treat him. These characters are so vivid to me right now through these words that I want to learn more about them and how the story is going to proceed.
