I loved this from the get go thanks to Parker H.’s narration, which feels like a story told through a reddit sub-thread. It adds a creepy and potentially unreliable aspect to it as we only have Parker’s account to go off of. As a fan of the let’s not meet Podcast and reddit threads, I love this type of story telling for its ability to make you feel closer to the story.
I love New England settings for the atmosphere it adds when done right. DeWitt does this perfectly to elevate what seems to be a chilling horror story. I can’t wait to read it!
