I don't know if it's the current pandemic or what but I don't want to read this EVER.

The opening of the book is a wall of text. About as inviting as a passerby coughing or sneezing all over your face in the middle of a national crisis or emergency like the one that is supposed to be happening in this book. But what we get is stream of consciousness drivel that does nothing to me other than telling me what I should be feeling.
I don't like to be told how to feel, especially from a story that's job is to hook me in and never let me go. I felt no connection as she throws information in my face and grasp at straws to make connection. It's a wall of black and white that does nothing to spark my mental movie theater into action. It makes me want to grab the reel and chuck it out the window.
