Judging by the back cover blurb, The Orphan Collector has a fairly complicated premise but one that feels extremely timely considering current events. With xenophobic sentiments on the rise, buoyed by a foreign plague, it's a bit shocking how many parallels exist between the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic and current day. Looking forward to this read
