I really like the cover of the book. It caught my attention and made me wonder what is wrong? Is she thinking? Is she crying? Is she praying? The raw emotion in Pia and Bernice’s stories draw you in and connect to you emotionally to both of them right away. I also really like the descriptiveness the author used. In each scene I could clearly see three streets, the buildings, the rooms.... I can’t wait to see where the story leads!
