This novel promises to be a raw, real and honest account of children left over during the post war flu epidemic (although not based on a true story). It gives the reader Pia, a young girl to follow. A young girl who is good, faithful and strong. A resilient young lady who fights her way through the orphan asylum, helping others along the way and hopefully finding her family.
