I couldn’t wait to see what happened next the sneak peek flew by very well written and engaging . This is the first book I have previewed on bookish first. I like how the horror starts out very subtle like something that can be dismissed or ignored. I also like the fact that the characters are fleshed out early in the story. It makes it easier to care about them and draws you deeper into the story.I like for horror stories to flesh out the characters before the horror starts makes the story so much better. Also it makes the characters relatable because who hasn’t tried doing a chore by themselves that they shouldn’t and have it almost end tragically .I will definitely keep an eye out for this book whenever I shop where books are sold . I think this book would also appeal to non horror readers as it is simply a well written story as well .A page turner for sure
