Scattered, confusing, dark and eerie....

The cover is dark and ominous, very suitable for a horror story. The two male characters ,what the reader was given, were flawed, weak, troubled men that left me with an eerie creepy confused feeling about what was going on. Just didn't get it. I felt like I was thrown in.
