I have been hearing a lot about this book, and I love the cover. The excerpt is kind of all over the place, and I am now confused about what just happened. The narrator's brother has just died, he's started working, and then he's watching some wildlife trample cars in a bar parking lot. Whoa.
I like the writing style and will have to re-read and continue reading to figure out just what's going on.
