To be honest I'm not exactly sure what this book is supposed to be about. I get that the main characters are of Native American descent, but I'm confused as to if it's about their life and struggles or if it's about the elk that they hunt.
Based off of this little bit I personally wouldn't be interested in reading it. And I'm of Native American descent so that's actually odd for me. Normally I love reading books of this genre.
